The United Metaphysical Church of the Palm Beaches was formed by a group of dedicated individuals who had been meeting weekly for several years, studying for their spiritual growth and sending light around the planet Earth. It was originally known as the Lake Worth Metaphysical Chapel.

The Church officially opened February 5,1984 at a service in Metz Hall of Lake Worth. The speaker for the service was Rev. F. Reed Brown, President of the United Metaphysical Churches, under which we have our charter. After the initial service, we secured the sanctuary of Unity of Lake Worth for future evening services.

In 1986, when Unity moved to its present location on Summit Boulevard, our chapel relocated with them. The first service at that location was held on Sunday, June 1, 1986.

We purchased our own property at 528 South Haverhill Road, West Palm Beach, FL. We hold our Sunday evening services at Unity in the Pines, 6073 Summit Blvd., WPB., until the renovations on our new Church have been completed.

We are an active, growing church with a membership of about 65. We invite you to attend our services and classes. Our offices and classes are currently being held at our church property at 528 So. Haverhill Road, between Summit Blvd., and Gun Club Rd., West Palm Beach, FL.

We are a member of United Metaphysics Churches, whose headquarters and seminary are located in Roanoke, VA. For more information about our seminary, you may call United Metaphysical Churches at (540) 562-4889.
